Coconut & Lime BBQ Marinade

Try something different for your next BBQ with this Coconut and Lime Marinade, perfect if you don’t want anything too spicy.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice 
  • 1 ½ tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp Fish sauce
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

 

Method

Step one

Mix together your ingredients in a shallow bowl, ensuring they’re well combined. Add some chilli flakes if you prefer your marinade on the spicy side!

 

Step two

Add your fish of choice and toss to coat evenly, covering and refrigerating for 15 minutes before barbecuing.
