Ingredients
- 2 Tuna Steaks
- 2 tbsp Dijon honey mustard
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- Baby new potatoes for serving
Method
Step one
Fire up your BBQ and prepare your marinade by adding the honey mustard, olive oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar in a bowl until combined.
Step two
Coat your tuna steaks in the pre-made marinade and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours to soak up the flavour.
Step three
Add your tuna steaks to the BBQ, grilling each side for 2 – 2 ½ minutes. The centre of your tuna steaks should be raw, like sushi. Allow to rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your baby potatoes.
Step four
Plate up your tuna steak and potatoes and enjoy!
